Villa Marbella

Villa Marbella
Marbella, Spain
An 800 m² private residence for a family of four. Two floors, five bedrooms — two children's rooms, two master suites, and a guest bedroom — each with its own bathroom and dressing room. The facade combines natural stone and render, a pairing that reads as grounded and calm against the Andalusian landscape. Panoramic glazing throughout by Schüco connects the interior to the garden and views beyond. The facade combines Japanese composite panels with teak — a pairing that balances precision and warmth, and holds well in the tropical climate. The architecture is clean and contemporary, detailed for straightforward local build. A developer project, designed for handover to local contractors.Three floors, each with a distinct character. The ground floor brings together the spa, main and working kitchens, living areas, and staff quarters positioned to the north. The second floor is given over to the children's programme — bedrooms, playrooms, and their own independent world within the house. The third floor is the private level: two master suites, each with dressing room and bathroom, connected by a shared lounge and study. An outdoor pool anchors the ground-floor terrace, extending the living space toward the water.
